Boiler Steel Plate


 Boiler steel plates are also named pressure vessel steel plates which include carbon steel and alloy steel for High or intermediate and low-temperature services.

Our boiler steel plates mainly used in oil and gas companies, chemical industry, power plants for making the Reactor, Heat Exchanger, Separator, Spherical Tanks, Tanks of oil gas, Nuclear reactor pressure shell, High-pressure water pipe, Turbin shell, and other equipment.

Technical Requirements:

  • P…GH and P…N grades did heat treatment under Normalized (N)
  • P…Q grades done heat treatment under Quenched and Tempered (QT)
  • Alloy steel (S)A387,(S)A302, S(A)203, S(A)533 grades done heat treatment under Normalised and Tempered (N+T)
  • Ultrasonic Test according to ASTM A435/A435M, A578/A578M Level A/B/C, EN 10160 S0E0-S3E3, GB/T2970 Level I/II/III, JB4730 Level I/II/III
